Butternut, Feta and Chilli Puffs

Ingredients
1 kg Butternut unpeeled, halved and deseeded
Olive Oil
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 big garlic clove crushed
200g Feta cheese, crumbled
30g Finely chopped parsley
2 sheets puff pastry
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Place halves on baking trays , drizzle with oil and roast for 50 minutes or till flesh has soften (Don't switch the oven off)
3. Once the butternut are cooled, remove the flesh and spoon into a mixing bowl
4. Add chilli, cinnamon and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix well together and now fold the feta and parsley in and set aside.
6. Cut the pastry into 8 squares
7. Place filling in each square and fold the corners over
8. Scatter with sesame seeds 9. Place the filled pastry onto a tray and then into the oven for 25 minutes or till golden brown.
