Crispy Banana Chips

Ingredients
4-5 raw banana
Oil for deep frying
Salt
2 tbsp turmeric
Method
1. Peel the bananas
2. Add oil to a pan and heat
3. In a bowl of water add the turmeric
4. Add the peeled bananas to the turmeric water
5. In a bowl add salt and a 1/4 cup of water and stir and keep aside
6. Remove the one banana form the turmeric water and dry with a kitchen paper
7. Using a mandolin slice the banana straight into the oil (if you don't have one just slice thinly with a knife)
8. Fry and when the oil bubbles subside, then
add a 2 tsps of water to the oil
9. Be extremely carefully when you perform this as the oil will splutter
10. Fry till the chips are golden and crispy, remove from oil.
